As a constantly growing catalog / internet company I have thousands
of items in stock. As with any business some of the higher-end slower
movers I cannot justify keeping in inventory. Using a company like
KJB has been a real benefit. They not only inventory these hi-ticket
items, but they are also willing to drop ship for a small fee. I
find this an excellent value and have been using them for several
years now.
I also on occasion will allow other vendors to drop ship "blind"
to my customers and have been let down on many occasions, but in
all the time I have been dealing with KJB; they have never disappointed
me.
Most orders go out the same day, even the orders I send after 3:30
pm. Then to top it off, they actually call you if there is a problem.
Things like out of stock items, wrong prices or part numbers, anything
that would slow your order.
I have found very few companies who drop ship that give this kind
of service.
Jill has done a great job with KJB since she took it over.
I pick up more and more of their items each year and foresee my
company growing in different directions with the KJB product line.
